Request deletion of your Teka Hub POS account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Teka Hub POS account and associated data, or request deletion of part of your data without closing your account.

How to submit a request

To request deletion, contact the Teka Hub team and include the application name and the information required to identify your account.

  3. 3Include your company name, your name, phone number, login email if available, and your role in the company.
  4. 4Specify whether you request full account deletion or deletion of only some data.
  5. 5If the data belongs to a company, validation by the owner or an authorized manager may be required before processing.

Data deleted when an account is deleted

  • User account information where deletion is authorized: name, phone number, email, avatar, and profile information.
  • Active session tokens and access credentials associated with the account.
  • POS devices associated with the account, when this does not conflict with the company's traceability obligations.
  • Local data stored in the POS app after logout, app removal, or clearing app data from the device.

Data that may be retained

  • Sales, invoices, receipts, payments, stock movements, inventories, and synchronization logs may be retained if the company must keep business, accounting, tax, or security traceability.
  • Some data may be anonymized or detached from the account instead of fully deleted when full deletion would affect legal obligations or the integrity of company reports.
  • Technical backups may temporarily retain copies until their normal rotation.

Additional retention period

Data that must be retained for business, tax, accounting, security, or support reasons may be kept for the period required by applicable law or the legitimate needs of the business using the service. Technical backups are progressively deleted according to backup cycles.

Partial data deletion

Yes. You can request deletion or correction of part of your data without deleting your account, for example a profile image, an associated POS device, incorrect profile information, or personal data that is no longer required. Business data owned by the company may require approval from the authorized responsible person.

Processing time

Teka Hub reviews requests within a reasonable time after receiving the information needed to identify the account and verify authorization. Confirmation may be provided once the request is processed or when additional information is required.
